The cottage had a beautiful location, surrounded by bush and a river. The balcony provided a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine. The facilities were great, with a fully equipped kitchen and even a dishwasher. It was a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

There was no iron or ironing board and no laundry facilities available.

We had a blast at Barrington Hideaway! The cottages were spacious and comfy, with all the comforts of home. The well-equipped deck overlooking the river was perfect for bird watching and painting. The location was great, close to town for essentials, and the grounds were superb for exploring.

Felt very secure, hosts were friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

We stayed at Barrington Hideaway for a few nights to explore the beautiful Barrington Tops. The cottages are private and secluded, surrounded by mature trees and native shrubs. Our cottage had a balcony with stunning views of the river and paddocks. The bed was super comfy and the kitchen well equipped for our self-catering stay. It was quiet and serene, and we loved the proximity to Gloucester for any supplies we needed. Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved the breezy and shady veranda facing the river. The night time fires were a fun highlight. The cabin stayed nice and cool during September, thanks to leaving the windows open. The location was perfect, with stunning views over the river from the veranda. The staff were friendly, responsive, and provided great information about things to do in the area.

The location was perfect, offering both privacy and easy access to town. The staff, especially Sue, were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel breakfast could be improved by having a larger sink in the bathroom to prevent water from splashing onto the floor.
